Sunset Yoga with Elianna

Elianna Goldstein will be leading a yoga session on her rooftop garden at 2922 S Compton Ave, St. Louis, MO 63118. Yoga begins at 6:45 prompt! (45 min flow, 15 minutes of meditation/ stretch) There will be a light dinner 7:45-8:30. No prior experience required. The flow will combine traditional movements, but be prepared to sweat (given it’s a St. Louis summer!) Bring water, a mat and great post-work, mid-week vibes! A towel will work, but a yoga/ gym mat or at least two towels are recommended. Please let us know if you need to borrow a mat at least a day in advance. The goal is to slow down the work week and get in tune with your mind, body, and breath a little bit better. New to Next Dor?
