Director of Treasury Management – (Apply Here)

The Director of Treasury Management is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of the Federation’s cash flow, banking relationships, investment liquidity and planning, and financial risk. This role ensures the effective stewardship of funds in alignment with Federation’s philanthropic mission and financial policies.  The position will develop and implement treasury strategies that support long-term financial sustainability, optimize short-term liquidity, and safeguard assets, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The Staff Application Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing and recording revenue, preparing account reconciliations, assisting with month-end close activities, and supporting the organization’s financial reporting requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting foundations and donor‑related funds, and ensuring timely and reliable accounting across several key areas of the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to the Federation’s mission and values.

The Resource Administrator is responsible for coordinating organizational resources, maintaining data integrity across systems, and providing administrative support for operational processes. This role serves as a key administrator for the organization’s CRM platform and monday.com workspace, ensuring accurate data management, workflow efficiency, reporting, and user support. The Resource Administrator works cross-functionally to streamline processes, improve data quality, and support organizational goals.

Security Officer – Full Time (Apply Here)

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting the lives and property on the Millstone Campus and contracted facilities within the Jewish Community. The primary function is to be the frontline crime deterrent, whether by vehicle patrol, foot patrol, or stationary post. This position is required to carry a firearm and maintain the necessary licenses. This role is expected to adhere to the Jewish Federation’s mission, vision, and values.
