Jewish Federation of St. Louis seeks a creative, highly motivated Resource Assistant to join our Marketing team! The Marketing Resource Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the success of programs, events, and projects by providing timely completion of tasks, effective use of systems/technology, and excellent customer service to constituents, participants, and professional staff.

Job Responsibilities

· Work closely with all Marketing Team members to keep up-to-date on projects within Department.

· Work collaboratively with the team to provide assistance and creative ideas to add to our client’s needs.

· Provide full Marketing staff support in CRM usage to assist department with needed information.

· Manage project management system.

· Prepare invoices for Department.

· Keep sample book of all materials produced.

· Keep wall calendar and Jewish In St. Louis calendar updated

· Set up marketing plan meetings.

· Provide event support, when needed.

· Provide support to designers when trimming materials needed.

· Contribute to the overall success of the Jewish Federation.

Job Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent, required.

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with training in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field, preferred.

· Minimum of 3 years of related experience.

· Fluent in Adobe programs; Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Acrobat and PowerPoint, preferred.

· Experience with print production, WordPress and MailChimp, preferred.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively.

· Confidence to move projects forward, with ability and apparent openness to work collaboratively with the team.

· Proactive, self-motivated, good-natured, flexible, and uniquely creative.

· Ability to provide high-level administrative support and thrive in a self-directed, fast-paced design and production environment.

· Excellent time-management, organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.

· Demonstrated ability to take feedback and critiques constructively, implementing changes into positive outcomes.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· May be required to work at night or on weekends to assist at special events, to manage workload or to meet deadlines.
