Jewish Seniors on the Move Presents:
Visit to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum
Monday, October 16, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Join us as we travel to Springfield, Illinois to visit the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum which is dedicated to Lincoln’s extraordinary life. Upon arrival in Springfield, enjoy a buffet lunch of fresh summer field greens salad with raspberry vinaigrette or ranch dressing, chicken romano topped with a light lemon butter sauce and chargrilled marinated leek garnish, seven herb roasted red skin potatoes, seasonal mixed vegetable medley, rolls and butter, layered chocolate tort cake with fudge icing, regular or decaf coffee, iced tea and water. There will be gluten free and vegetarian options available upon request. After lunch, we will hear from a historian and get a brief overview of the museum and their collections. The rest of the afternoon will be spent enjoying the movies and exhibits that the museum has to offer at your own pace.

Check-in at 8:00 a.m. Buses depart at 8:30 a.m. and return approximately at 6 p.m.

Cost: $36 includes lunch, museum admittance, snacks and round-trip transportation
