  1. Melt butter in heavy pot, add flour and mix well.
  2. Add milk and cook till a thick white sauce is made. Let cool slightly, add sugar, salt, eggs and corn.
  3. Pour into greased soufflé dish. Place soufflé dish into a Bain Marie (water bath).
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or till a knife when placed in center comes out clean. Can be reheated in microwave or served at room temperature.
