Shopping Day for JFHN at Plowsharing Crafts

All day on Wednesday,December 11, Plowsharing Crafts on Delmar in the U. City Loop will donate 15% of sales to the Rabbi Robert P. Jacobs Jewish Fund for Human Needs (JFHN). Plowsharing sells only certified Fair Trade items from developing countries all around the world, meaning farmers and artisans are guaranteed to be paid fairly and promptly, and labor and environmental standards are enforced.

No coupon is necessary but shoppers must mention JFHN! The store will be open from 10AM-6PM.

JFHN awards grants to local small nonprofit organizations which provide direct services to those in need of essentials for living such as housing, emergency shelter, medical care, clothing, and food.
