Join us for a fascinating weekend with representatives of, which supports isolated, emerging and returning Jewish communities around the globe. Our guest speakers are Rabbanit Bonita Nathan Sussman, Rabbi Jerry Sussman and Rabbi Capers Funnye, who will discuss their volunteer work with emerging Jewish communities and black Jews in the US and around the world.

Fri. 2/21: Kabbalat Shabbat services at 5:45 PM followed by dinner and welcoming the Sussmans. $25/person, no charge age 6 & under.

Shabbat, 2/22: 9:00 AM Shabbat services followed by kiddush lunch (no charge). “New Trends in Jewish History: Emerging Jewish Communities Around the Globe.”

Motzei Shabbat, 2/22: 7:30 PM: Havdalah led by Rabbi Capers Funnye. “The Phenomenon of Black Jews in the US and Around the World.” Dessert reception (no charge)

Sunday, 2/23: (at Congregation B’nai Amoona). “The Fascinating World of Kulanu: Emerging, Returning and Isolated Jewish Communities Around the Globe.” Breakfast following 9:00 AM Shacharit, presentation at 10:15 AM (no charge).
