Speaker Bio

Don Shulman, CEO of The Association of Jewish Aging Services (AJAS) has spent his career in the senior services industry at Marriott, Sodexo, and most recently as General Manager of Sunrise Senior Living in their full service communities overseeing operations in Virginia and Maryland. As CEO of AJAS since 2012, Mr. Shulman has worked to revitalize and expand the impact the association has on its national/international members and their clients through education, professional development, advocacy, and community relationships. Mr. Shulman has positioned AJAS to be a thought leader in the industry, advocating for the welfare of all elderly by promoting the unique role and mission of Jewish-sponsored not-for-profit organizations.
